Your Satisfaction is Our Priority At PUNOK Australia, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return the unused product within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund.


Return and Exchange Conditions

  • New items that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in a resalable condition can be returned within 30 days.

  • After inspection, you may receive an exchange, refund, or credit, excluding shipping fees.

  • Items sold as sets must be returned as complete sets.

  • Custom or clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Returns and exchanges might incur an exchange or restocking fee.
