Shipping Policy

Shipping Providers: We offer shipping via Australia Post. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout on our website.

Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframes:

Most products are eligible for 1 or 2-day delivery.
Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next day.
Orders made on Friday after 12 PM will ship the following Monday.
Please note that 2-day express delivery doesn't count the day the product ships out. Express deliveries do not occur on weekends. However, they should be received by the end of the estimated delivery day.

Place your order by 12 PM EST, and it will ship out the same day!

Backorders & Pre-Orders:

Backorders: These are items out of stock that you request. Your credit card will be charged once the item is confirmed to be onboard for shipment with All Things Karate. Once confirmed, backorders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Pre-Orders: These are for items we have confirmed to be onboard for shipment. When you place a pre-order, the item is reserved for you, which may impact its availability to other customers. As such, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Both Backorder and Pre-Order items will be dispatched as soon as they're available. However, the estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. If there's a delay, the order remains non-refundable and non-cancelable.
We cannot guarantee fulfillment of backorders. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll remove it from your order and notify you.
Full payment is required before dispatch for backordered or pre-ordered items.
Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your backorder or pre-order, we will cancel and refund your order.
